I write to tell stories

Archive for June, 2016

The Movie – Her – By Spike Jonze.

This brilliant story, told with extreme intelligence, highlights a universal law: we fall in love with the soul of the character and the joy of living of a person, not his body, because the sensuality and beauty of a person are in the mind.

The thought of a person is his life essence, its greatest beauty.

The Movie – American Beauty – By Sam Mendes.

One of the most intelligent of the end of a movie, a monologues sweetest, touching and illuminating.

“It’s hard to stay mad because there’s so much beauty in the world.

It’s true: it’s hard to stay mad, because life is a wonderful gift and can only be grateful to Heaven for having received this gift, because this gift is a miracle of the Universe.

The Movie – Lincoln – By Steven Spielberg.

Abolish slavery was definitely a step in the evolution and civilization, but the way to do so is still long and full of obstacles: the humanity still wallows in money and in disgusting the misieria inflicted on miardi of people die every second of hunger. Lincoln, looking at the destruction of our day, would turn in his grave.

The Movie – Saving Mr. Bank – By John Lee Hancock.

The stories behind the words of a book, are the hidden stories of our lives and in our soul… I know well. 😉

The Movie – Life of PI – By Ang Lee.

Survival is dictated by instinct; the instinct is life. Live instinctively, outsider, it really means to live and not simply to exist.

The Movie – Seolguk-yeolcha (Snowpiercer) – By Bong Joon-ho.

The squalor of our civilization is that, even in a situation of extreme survival, in order to avoid the extinction of the human race, the few survivors have the usual arrogance and bullying to divide people into social classes: the poor slaves and crafty rich.

The Movie – The Descendants – By Alexander Payne.

Being deceived by someone you love kills your soul.

The Movie – Night Train To Lisbon – By Bille August.

A book, a fortuitous event, cross your path: you read it, you get lost in the author’s thoughts, do you want to know and then begins a journey.

Within days, your life changes for the better, because it is life is made of an instant.

The Movie – Argo – By Ben Affleck.

If you believe in a project, but we really believe, you also believe alone, just when all seems lost, can you make it happen.

The Movie – The Hunger Games – By Gary Ross.

Fight to win, fight like only choice, fighting to the end: and finally win a wrong and unjust fate, change events, change the world, struggling to generate that spark of existential hope that existed in every civilization, has created the difference .
